This late harvest, which is comprised of 56% Zinfandel, 23% Grenache, and 21% Alicante was aged in redwood for one year and then aged in American oak barrels for 17 years. Notice a lovely bouquet of caramel, raisin and vanilla on the nose.  The aromatics carry over to the palate with the addition of honey and chocolate. Pairs well with lava cake and dark chocolate.
